Branden Lewiston is an associate in the Litigation practice group. He and his colleagues litigate across the country to protect voting rights and democracy.
Branden came to Elias Law Group from DOJ's Public Integrity Section, which prosecuted public corruption and election crimes. While at DOJ, Branden worked on investigations into members of Congress, state and local officials, political action committees, and more. Before that, he worked at a boutique firm representing clients in commercial litigation and a large firm representing clients in DOJ investigations.
Branden earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown Law, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic. He earned a B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University. He clerked for the Honorable James Gritzner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa in Des Moines.
