Richard Medina is an associate in Elias Law Group's Litigation practice, working to advance the firm's mission of helping Democrats win, citizens vote, and progressives make change.
Before joining Elias Law Group, Rich was a law clerk for Judge Scott M. Matheson, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Judge Denise Cote of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He was also a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where his practice focused on commercial litigation and white collar defense. At Paul, Weiss, Rich also maintained a substantial pro bono practice in areas including immigration and constitutional litigation.
Rich is a graduate of Columbia University and Yale Law School. At Yale, he was a Forum and Features Editor of the Yale Law Journal and a Features Editor of the Yale Journal of International Law.
