Mollie DiBrell is an associate in the Litigation practice group with half a decade of litigation experience. Ms. DiBrell’s current practice is focused on challenging voter suppression laws and fighting to protect democracy through fair elections.
Prior to joining Elias Law Group, Ms. DiBrell was an associate at an international law firm headquartered in D.C., where she worked on complex litigation matters. While there, Ms. DiBrell maintained a robust pro bono practice focused on protecting her clients’ civil rights and on preventing gun violence. Ms. DiBrell also clerked for Justice Melissa Hart on the Colorado Supreme Court.
Ms. DiBrell graduated from Stanford Law School with pro bono distinction, and from Yale University with distinction in her major. While in law school, Ms. DiBrell served on the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties board. She also worked as a student attorney in Stanford’s Criminal Defense Clinic and served as a board member for both the Stanford Black Law Students Association and the Women of Color Collective. Ms. DiBrell continues to strive to give back to the community. After law school, she served a three-year term as a board member for the Stanford National Black Alumni Association.
