Hannah Eaves is a partner at Elias Law Group. As leader of ELG’s launch in 2021, Hannah crafted the firm’s organizational design and ensured its successful formation.

Prior to her career at ELG, Hannah spent over a decade on active duty as a lawyer (a JAG) in the United States Navy. Her postings stretched from Japan to Hawaii to the Pentagon. She spent her final year of military service managing the JAGs’ diversity and inclusion policy.

Hannah oversees all ELG operations and supports all ELG personnel in pursuit of the firm’s mission of helping Democrats win, citizens vote, and progressives make change. With a dedicated and inventive leadership style, she supervises a large team of legal professionals and cultivates a culture of mutual respect among employees.

Hannah received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where she was a lacrosse player on two NCAA Division I championship teams. Prior to law school, Hannah spent two years teaching United States History at the Bronx Academy of Letters in New York City. Hannah now works out of Washington, D.C.
