Alison (Qizhou) Ge is an associate in Elias Law Group’s Litigation practice, where she focuses on voting rights and redistricting litigation.

Before becoming an attorney, Alison served as Data and Analytics Director at NextGen and founded an independent data consulting firm, working with organizations in key battleground states to register, activate, and turn out the youth vote and women voters. She also worked on the Hillary campaign in 2016, focusing on voter registration issues and voterfile purges.

Alison received her J.D., cum laude, from N.Y.U. School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. In law school, she also served as a student legal adviser for the Permanent Mission of Belize as part of the UN Diplomacy Clinic and worked on redistricting litigation with the ACLU Voting Rights Project as part of the Racial Justice Clinic. Alison has been published on Twenty-Sixth Amendment and youth voting issues. She received her B.A. in Economics and International Relations and M.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University.

She is based out of ELG’s Washington, D.C. office.
